I thought this product wasn’t any good as it didn’t seem to work when I connected it to my MacBook. I sent a picture to the seller and they pointed out my mistake. I had’t connected it correctly. I pushed the hub into the ports until they clicked and WOW it’s working great. I have a monitor connected via the hdmi port the power cable to one port and 2 external drives connected to the other 2 USB ports. All are working great. My movies play on the monitor from the external drives with no problems. All in all the seller was very helpful and understanding in helping me connect the hub to my MacBook. A firm push and click are required.
